Church Leadership Development International (CLDI)
equips pastors throughout Eurasia with
training, encouragement and resources
to strengthen and multiply their churches.
The majority of the world's pastors do not have the opportunity for formal theological training offered by seminaries. The ministry of CLDI exists to bring essential training to these pastors for the purpose of helping them develop healthy, multiplying, churches. We believe that developing the leadership of the church is a strategic focus which will yield long-term, sustainable results.
